Returns/Refunds:
There are no returns on custom orders unless damaged during shipping. In order to process a remake due to damage we will need a photo of the invoice included in the box, damaged box and damaged product within 48 hours of delivery, emailed to sales@blendedcustoms.com.
Please understand that all computer screen resolutions will vary in color. All item descriptions will lay out the item details for your purchase in regarding the final finish of the delivered item(s) and options to finish out if needed based on the item purchased (wooden, acrylic, sublimation blanks).
There are no refunds on sale items.
All refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned items in original condition.
Shipping:
To return your product, you should reach out to obtain the proper address. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If we receive a returned item due to an incorrect shipping address we will send a separate invoice to reship. Once paid we will mail your order out again.
We are NOT responsible for packages that show delivered through tracking or that show lost, damaged, or stolen. Please reach out to us if this is your case and we will work with UPS or USPS to find out why your package is missing. If a package shows delivered we cannot reship or refund that order as it has been listed as "delivered". Please do not file claim as we, as the shipper, will need to file a claim on the the items behalf. If a claim is filed by you, the receiver, we will not be able to correct any lost or damaged packages. All packages with issues need to be emailed to sales@blendedcustoms.com within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of your invoice in the package.
Any international shipment may require additional fees including duty fees etc, this is the customer’s responsibility. There will be a restocking fee for any order that is returned to us minus shipping and fees that are owed for any returned packages.

Cancellation/Restocking Fee:
Any order that is cancelled or returned (if return eligible) after being placed will be charged a 20% cancellation/restocking fee of the total order amount if cancelled within 24 hours & if it has not already been laser cut.
Any order that is cancelled or returned (if return eligible) after being placed will be charged a 50% cancellation/restocking fee of the total order amount if cancelled between 24-48 hours & if it has not already been laser cut.
